Netherlands based NovoLearning and Singapore based Jugo Consultancy have joined forces to offer hospitality providers with a free digital learning platform for 2021 to aid capacity building through the Hospitality Recovery Programme.

In the wake of the pandemic, the industry must rethink the way they design and deliver training programmes to team members so they are ready when the recovery sets in. By joining forces NovoLearning and Jugo Consultancy are offering free access to the Novo digital learning platform for the remainder of 2021 and offering complimentary onboarding plus content creation workshops for those that sign up for the programme.

On the digital learning platform providers can build their own interactive training content and deliver this to the mobile devices of their team members. This creates a scalable, consistent, measurable, safe training environment plus a fun and interactive way for team members to learn through bite sized training regardless of where they are.

With the globe having to switch to a digital world through necessity this past year it would be an opportune moment for providers that are rethinking their digital learning strategies for their organisation to sign up for the Hospitality Recovery Programme.

Martijn Enter, CEO, NovoLearning says: "Both NovoLearning and Jugo Consultancy have a passion for digital learning and we are happy to be able to offer our platform to the hospitality industry in these difficult times at no cost."

"Our technical know-how coupled with Jugo Consultancy's guidance should get interested parties building their digital training content and out to their team(s) in no time. We are hopeful this will enable providers to continue to offer relevant training programme in these uncertain times."

Nigel Brown (in the photo), Director, Jugo Consultancy mentions: "With closed borders and various government regulations in terms of gatherings in place across the globe for the foreseeable future, the Hospitality Recovery Programme is beneficial to operators that have multiple locations or larger teams. This allows them to offer quality training programmes without interruption and we look forward to guiding them through their digital learning journey."

"This past year has been incredibly challenging for the industry, we hope by teaming up with Novo we can help the industry, by way of this initiative, get back on its feet this year so that together we can look forward to a better and prosperous 2022."
