There is a completely new format of exhibition and interaction to international destinations and suppliers in the event and incentive segment in India: the EPEX@WOW (Experiential Planner Exhibition@WOW Convention and Awards Asia).

In the past 10 years, India has emerged as one of the strongest outbound MICE markets in the world. And the projected growth for the next five years will place India amongst the top 5 source markets for Corporate Meetings & Incentives. Together with the unparalleled Indian Destination Weddings market, India and surroundings are the most lucrative markets in the world for global destinations eyeing event tourism.

While Europe, America, China, Australia & Africa all have established MICE Expos, there was a need felt to have THE ONE exhibition in India that global destinations, venues and suppliers could rely on.

After ten successful editions of the Experiential Planner Roadshow - India's oldest and most successful ‘Outbound Only’ focussed MICE & Destination Weddings roadshow, the time was right to expand the Experiential Planner platform to an exhibition format.

What better way to do that than to co-locate it with WOW Awards & Convention Asia - Asia’s largest business platform for the events industry - with an attendance of approx. 1000 event organizers participating in the two-day-spectacle and approx. 300 companies nominated for awards in different categories.

The co-operation with the WOW convention from 2016 will perfectly merge the largest gathering of the industry with the largest future exhibition of international destinations and suppliers with offers for MICE and weddings.

2016 EPEX@WOW offers special tracks to interact with MICE and wedding planners during the convention, including destination workshops and award giving and will take place 24 and 25 June 2016 in New Delhi Aerocity, India.

The Indian market is known for its glamour and success in organizing grand and colourful events with world-class entertainment, music and dance.
