IAM-ESAE Workshop: How To Register Your Association with the UBO by 31/03
By 31 March, all associations (asbl and aisbl) are legally obliged to identify and register their relevant Ultimate Beneficial Owners (directors, representatives, members) in the Belgian UBO Registry. Non-compliance may lead to administrative fines. This workshop offers a step-by-step walk-through on how to register your UBOs in good time and with minimal administrative effort. Join us to ensure your association’s compliance, receive good practice tips, and get clarifications for any open questions you may still have.
The workshop will be led by Giulia Mauri, Partner and Senior Association Specialist at Pierstone Brussels and facilitated by Benita Lipps, Head of Association Management EU. It is a collaboration of the European Society of Association Executives (ESAE) and IAM Insight, Interel Association Management’s professional development initiative.
