ECCL welcomes your congresses in Luxembourg

The European Convention Center Luxembourg (ECCL), managed by Luxembourg Congrès, is without a doubt one of the most elegant congress centres in Europe. Ideally situated on the Kirchberg plateau in Luxembourg City, within easy reach of the financial district, European institutions, touristic sights and several hotels, the ECCL is the perfect venue to accommodate even the most elaborate events: conferences, congresses, exhibitions, shows, receptions, product presentations, walking dinners, a general assembly and seminars.

The site is rented for three months a year by the Council of the European Union. The location boasts the most comprehensive range of technical, technological and security installations required by the Council of the EU, which is at the disposal of any client of the Convention Center as well.

The ECCL offers two magnificent plenary rooms with a capacity of 146 to 800 participants. Furthermore, 8 meeting rooms for 50 up to 380 people and 30 workshop rooms with 20 to 50 seats complete the array of different possibilities that are at your disposal. The carefully designed bars, as for example the Bar Crocodile, invite you to relax and unwind after your day full of meetings and conferences. Finally, you will find the perfect place for your gala dinners and exhibitions in one of our 3 elegant and light-flooded foyers, ranging from 350to 3 600 sqm.

The Hemicycle is unique of its type in Luxembourg for its past importance on the European stage and for its hemicyclic amphitheatre layout, this vast plenary room with its retro charm has a capacity of 646 places (fixed furnishings). It also has comprehensive technological equipment including table microphones, screen, projector, Wi-Fi and translation booths. Combined with the Hemicycle’s Plenary Room, the Foyer can be hired to provide supporting facilities. Its size and décor make it a delightful place in which to relax between meetings, conferences or seminars.

With an outstanding panoramic view over the city of Luxembourg and its historic fortifications, the Hemicycle bar is modular to suit most requirements: 400 people seated at round tables for banquets, 700 people standing for cocktails and receptions.
