A tradition of excellence in tourism makes Croatia an undisputed convention locale. Presenting as a new location for a fresh perspective, this European gem offers a stimulating environment for strengthening teamwork and cooperation.

With regards to business tourism centers in Croatia, Zagreb, Dubrovnik and Opatija are firmly in the leading position. Together with the nearby City of Rijeka, Opatija offers over 15,000 seats in over 130 halls, all equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Zagreb is both a city teeming with business opportunities and a charmingly relaxed city, a city full of historical monuments and romantic stories, but also dynamic, modern and hospitable. It abounds in green spaces and has a variety of beautiful parks and recreational areas. As a congress and incentive venue, Dubrovnik offers numerous possibilities to those choosing it as a destination for business combined with leisure. The city's conference facilities offer more than 8,000 seats in Dubrovnik hotels and other conference venues. Its rich history, geographic location, mild climate, and tradition of excellence in tourism make Dubrovnik Croatia's undisputed convention center with more conventions, congresses, and corporate incentive programmes than anywhere else in the country. Dubrovnik offers numerous possibilities for those choosing it as a business destination, with five-star hotels and four-star hotels, that can be excellent hosts for your larger or smaller meetings.

The quality of bidding in these cities has reached such a high level that they regularly conquer the most prestigious professional awards in global competitions. The city's first position can be thanks to the quality and diversity of congress facilities, the richness of accompanying tourist facilities and attractions and good traffic links with European capitals and broadcasting markets, and in this sense the potentials will be significantly expanded by the new terminal opened earlier this year at the Zagreb International Airport. Positioning Opatija at the top of Croatian MICE offers is also not surprising since it is a tourist destination that already offers the best of this segment. However, it should be emphasized that Zadar, the city that European Best Destinations declared as Europe’s most attractive destination in 2016, is taking a more solid position on the map of the focus of Croatian business tourism. Enchanting results are achieved both in Split and Istria, followed by two island destinations - Brač and Lošinj.

To sum up, whatever city in Croatia you choose for boosting your business activity you will not regret. This country is simply ideal for organizing quality venues and your business partners and employers will most certainly be delighted.
