Björn Wigforss elected UNICEO® President for Nordic and Baltic countries

UNICEO®- United Networks of International Corporate Event Organizers, the international association bringing together senior decision-makers in charge of corporate events representing blue chip companies has appointed Björn Wigforss as President for the Nordic and the Baltic region.

Bjorn Wigforss has almost 20 years’experience working for hi-tech companies including 10 years in events communication having spent 4 years as Global Events Director at Nokia and 2 years as Events Marcom Director at Microsoft. He is also a frequent speaker in the event industry,the chairman ofthe Finnish Evento Awards jury and Vice President and Advisory Board Member of the European Best Events Awards (EuBEA).

In this new role, Bjorn Wigforss will be responsible for the leadership and development of the association in the Nordic countries and the Baltics as well as being a Board Member of UNICEO International. He will combine this responsibility with his role at Microsoft.
