The Association Success Story Programme is a new, year-round programme that focuses on creating valuable content for associations in the form of detailed case studies from their peer organisations on how they have developed or created new products, services and events for their members and particular sector. These include in the areas of: conference mergers and partnerships; multi-location webcast events; adoption of new event technologies; event growth campaigns; sector weeks; publicity and lobbying campaigns; social media projects; eLearning offerings; and member engagement programmes.

In order to ensure a regular flow of new content, the AAE has engaged a dedicated professional writer to work with associations, interviewing them and gathering data, charts, checklists, planning information, visuals, performance charts, financials, project team and partner organisations and suppliers, all to produce highly detailed data and advice to help other membership organisations to develop their own projects.  Each Association Success Story will provide extensive information.

Damian Hutt, Executive Director of the Association of Association Executives, said today:

"This year-round Association Success Story Programme is hugely important to associations; they find case studies so useful for developing and creating new events, products and services. Of course they get some access to these during our events, but this new programme launch represents a major commitment and significant investment from the AAE in fostering the year-round exchange of best-practice and new ideas. Identifying, curating and publishing critical information for membership organisations is at the heart of what we do, and I'm very pleased that with a writer joining our team we can publish these every week, under this new programme."
