Asia Super Team comes back with new gamification design in which the first phase will be presented as a Monopoly-styled online quiz game and opens in Hong Kong / Macau for the first time,along with Thailand, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

Asia Super Team: The Almighty Player will run through October 7, 2016. The champion company will walk away with an attractive MICE tourism packages to Taiwan that is worth of 1.5 million New Taiwan Dollars.

The 2016 edition of Asia Super Team introduces gamification mechanism in online and offline contests and is themed as “The Almighty Player”to challenge, engage with, and entertain more Asian businesses while experiencing Taiwan MICE attractions. While gamification enables Taiwan’s MICE tourism momentum, it helps develop core capabilities for the world’s best talent at the same time.

Online Contest: The interactive online game is fun. It transforms MICE information in Taiwan into questions, props and scenarios in the game. Participating companies need to show their extensive knowledge about MICE in Taiwan to acquire best scores. Real-time leaderboard shows latest rankings online. All teams can share their achievements on social media to improve their performances. Top teams from each country/region will be invited for a five-day offline contest in Taiwan.

Offline Contest: Gamification mechanism is represented offline around Taiwan. This reality show, with mobile application in hand, includes featured destinations in Taiwan, so participants can experience MICE facilities and enjoy major events. Various game designs also help develop five core business capabilities: creativity, agility, responsiveness, courage and intelligence. All contestants, after MEET TAIWAN, will become “The Almighty Players”in their companies.

Great prizes for Asia Super Team winners: the champion for Asia Super Team: The Almighty Players will receive NT$1.5 million of MICE tourism packages in Taiwan. Supporters on social media for each participating company may be the lucky winners to round-trip tickets to Taiwan, sponsored by China Airlines.
